Dubai Tech Guy (dubaitechguy.com) is a service routing and lead exchange platform operated by FicAition FZE LLC. We connect customers with independent service providers (“Partners”) who deliver the actual work.

DTG does NOT directly perform:

• Device repairs (phones, laptops, tablets, TVs)
• CCTV or security system installation
• On site IT support visits
• Physical networking or cabling

These services are delivered by independent Partners in our network. Each Partner operates under their own trade license, insurance, and certifications.

CCTV and Security Services

CCTV installation and security system work in the UAE requires a SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) license. DTG acts solely as a broker for CCTV services. All CCTV installation work is performed by SIRA licensed Partners. DTG does not hold a SIRA license and does not perform any security installation work.

No Warranty on Partner Services

While we vet Partners before adding them to our network, we do not warrant or guarantee:

• The quality or outcome of any Partner's work
• The accuracy of any Partner's pricing or timelines
• The qualifications, licenses, or insurance coverage of any Partner
• The suitability of any Partner for your specific needs

You are responsible for verifying a Partner's credentials, agreeing on pricing, and resolving any disputes directly with the Partner.

Device Sourcing

When DTG sources devices (phones, laptops, tablets) on your behalf, we act as an intermediary sourcing from established suppliers in the UAE market. Warranty terms are provided by the original supplier or manufacturer, not by DTG. Refurbished devices are clearly labeled as such.

Pricing on Website

Prices displayed on dubaitechguy.com are starting prices and may vary based on the specific requirements, location, complexity, and Partner availability. Final pricing is always confirmed between you and the Partner before work begins.
