1. What DTG Does

Dubai Tech Guy is a tech services lead exchange network. We connect businesses and individuals who need tech services with verified service providers (“Partners”) in our network.

Important: DTG is a platform that facilitates connections. We are NOT the service provider. When we connect you with a Partner, the service agreement is between you and the Partner directly.

Our role is to:

• Capture and qualify your service request
• Match you with an appropriate Partner based on your requirements
• Facilitate the introduction via WhatsApp

2. Services Covered

DTG covers the following service verticals across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman:

Device Repair (phone, laptop, tablet, TV), IT Support (remote and on site), CCTV and Security Installation, Internet and Networking Setup, Websites and Web Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, AI Chatbots, Cloud and Hosting, HR Systems, Business Software (ERP/CRM), Monthly IT Contracts, and Device Sourcing.

3. No Guarantee of Service Quality

While we vet our Partners before including them in our network, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any service delivered by a Partner.

If you are dissatisfied with a Partner's service:

• We will investigate and may remove the Partner from our network
• However, DTG is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a Partner's service

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your service requirements
• Respond to Partners within a reasonable timeframe after introduction
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not misuse the contact information of Partners provided through our network

5. Payment Terms

For Customers

DTG does not charge customers for lead qualification or Partner introductions. Payment for services is made directly to the Partner who performs the work, at the price agreed between you and the Partner.

DTG is not responsible for payment disputes between you and a Partner.

For Partners

Partner subscription fees, commission rates, and payment terms are governed by separate Partner Agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on dubaitechguy.com, including text, design, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of FicAition FZE LLC and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• DTG is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services
• DTG is not liable for any acts, omissions, delays, or failures of Partners
• DTG is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed AED 500

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FicAition FZE LLC, its founder, employees, and Partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be:

• First, attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation
• If unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
